In addition, it consists of almost 100 % pure L-arginine, whereas arginine HCL only contains around 80 % L-arginine.
L-arginine is a semi-essential amino acid that cannot be produced in sufficient quantities by the body in certain situations, such as during stress or intensive training, and must therefore be supplemented. It is the only precursor of nitric oxide (NO), which is responsible for the dilation of blood vessels.
L-arginine is also an important component of the body's own collagen and an important building block of muscle proteins.

Recommendation
Take 1 measuring spoon (5 g) with 200 ml of water approximately 30 minutes before training.

Also Geschmacklich ist das Zeug na ja aber ich fühle mich sehr viel fiter und es wirkt.

Macht was es soll
Es ist von Natur aus kein Gaumenschmaus, dennoch möchte ich auf die positiven Effekte nicht verzichten. Da ich keine Pillen mag, davon Sodbrennen bekomme umd es im Fitnessstudio auch nicht verdrauenserweckend als Naturathlet wirkt, wenn man sich erstmal eine Handvoll Pillen einwirft, ist L-Arginin ein wesentlicher Bestandteil meines "Pre-Workout-Trainingsgetränks". Z.B. durch den sauren Geschmack von Citrullin geht der etwas bittere Geschmack leicht unter. Ggf. kann man auch noch mit Geschmacksstoffen nachhelfen. Neben der Wirkung fürs Training nehme ich LArginin ausserdem unterstützend gegen meinen tendenziellen Bluthochdruck. Wie gesagt, kein Festmahl, aber funktioniert einwandfrei!

Bin noch am ausprobieren
Das Pulver hat wirklich einen starken Eigengeruch, die Einnahme geht bei mir ohne Nase zuhalten nicht. Ich nehme 5g L-Arginin und 5g Creatin mit 500 ml Wasser/Saft Mischung 30 min vor dem Sport und an trainingsfreien Tagen direkt nach dem Aufstehen auf nüchteren Magen zu mir. Ich merke momentan noch keine Wirkung von dem L-Arginin, habe es auch erst seit einer Woche.

Super Arginin, vor allem weil es basisch ist. Wie wichtig Arginin ist, dürfte inzwischen allseits bekannt sein. Eine semiessentielle Aminosäure, die in bestimmten Situationen zur essentiellen wird. Hat man mit Nitro-Stress zu tun, sollte man vorsichtig einsteigen und für ausreichend Antioxidantien sorgen. Top Produkt !!!
