Recommended Intake

3K Protein: Pour 350–400 ml of liquid into the shaker. Add the entire contents of the sample (30 g powder) and shake well until the powder is completely dissolved.

6K Protein & Milk Away Protein: Pour 300 ml of liquid into the shaker. Add the entire contents of the sample (30 g powder) and shake well until the powder is completely dissolved.

Natures Protein: Pour 300–350 ml of water into a shaker and add 30 g of powder (approx. 2 heaped tablespoons). Shake well until the powder is completely dissolved. Please note: The respective flavor only develops in combination with sweetness. Therefore, add a sweetener of your choice (e.g. erythritol, xylitol, steviol glycosides, coconut blossom sugar, etc.).

Protein Pudding: Stir the entire contents of the sample (30 g powder) into 200 ml of water or plant-based drink using a whisk. Tip: For an especially creamy taste experience, we recommend preparing it in a blender and using a plant-based drink such as soy, oat, or almond drink.

VHEY®presso Protein Iced Coffee: Pour 350 ml of liquid into a shaker and add the entire contents of the sample (30 g powder). Shake well until the powder is completely dissolved. Please note: Do not heat Vhey®presso too strongly, otherwise the consistency may change.

EAAminos: Dissolve the entire contents of the sample (12 g) in 400 ml of water and consume before, during, or after training.

For preparation, we recommend using the shaker provided.

Ich habe das Paket bestellt, um die verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen zu testen. Preislich echt gutes Angebot und der Geschmack der Pulver ist auch angenehm und gut.

Shaker top und gute Löslichkeit

Der Shaker ist top! Auslaufsicher und er löst das Pulver super auf! Generell ist die Löslichkeit des Pulvers gut. Ich lasse den Shake 15min stehen damit sich der Schaum zurückbildet da ich ihn als zu Puderig empfinde. Ansonsten vom Geschmack her super

Geniale Zusammenstellung

Ich finde die Kombination echt super, freue mich riesig über meinen neuen Shaker. Endlich mal ins Training laufen ohne dass gleich Tasche&Inhalt durchnässt sind...und ich durstig. Von der V-Bar hätten ruhig noch 1-2 dabei sein können :P Von den Proben fand ich auch alle Sorten super, wobei Chocolate-Brownie 3k mein absoluter Liebling ist, direkt nach Choco-Coco :D Da ich mir den Shake nach dem Training quasi als "Mahlzeit" abends gönne, hab ich ihn mit Mandelmilch statt Wasser gemischt, einfach super lecker und sättigend :))

Ich finde das Set super! So hat man die Gelegenheit verschiedene Sorten auszutesten, auch solche, die man vielleicht in groß gar nicht bestellt hätte. Ich hätte mir bspw. nie Peanut-Chocolate geholt, bin jetzt aber total begeistert. Absolut zu empfehlen :)
