Coenzyme Q10 (or ubiquinone-10) is essential for our metabolism. It is involved in numerous processes in the body. For example, coenzyme Q10 is an important component of the mitochondria, which are responsible for providing energy in the body's cells. For this reason, organs that require a lot of energy in particular have high levels of coenzyme Q10. These include, for example, the heart, liver and muscles. With increasing age, the body produces significantly less coenzyme Q10. The heart is particularly affected: 80-year-olds only have around 60% of the amount of coenzyme Q10 in the heart compared to 20-year-olds.
Coenzyme Q10 is chemically similar to the two vitamins K and E; however, Q10 is not an essential micronutrient, as the body can produce sufficient amounts of the coenzyme itself. As already mentioned, however, the body's own production decreases significantly with age, so supplementation can be useful from the age of 40.
Coenzyme Q10 is also a powerful antioxidant that protects the cells from oxidative stress caused by free radicals. As more free radicals are formed with increasing age, this is another reason for supplementing the coenzyme in old age. With just one capsule a day, you take 100 mg of coenzyme Q10 (in the form of ubiquinone).
Please note: Interactions are possible when taking anticoagulants (vitamin K antagonists), certain asthma and lung medications with the active ingredient theophylline as well as interactions with radiotherapy.
This product should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Take care of a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and out of the reach of children. Pregnant and nursing women should consult a physician before taking any supplements.
Before taking higher amounts (over 100 mg per daily portion), you should consult your doctor, as the coenzyme can reduce the effectiveness of various medications or cause interactions.
Supplementation with coenzyme Q10 can be particularly useful for people with a high level of physical or mental stress. It is also of interest to people over the age of 40, as coenzyme Q10 levels decrease with increasing age. People with a high alcohol or nicotine consumption also benefit from coenzyme Q10 supplementation.
The reason for this is that stress, alcohol, nicotine and increasing age are responsible for increased levels of free radicals. Coenzyme Q10 is an antioxidant, which means that it can protect cells from oxidative damage caused by so-called “free radicals”.
L-lysine is an essential amino acid that the body cannot produce itself and must therefore be ingested with food. In comparison to the other 6 amino acids designated as essential, lysine (as well as threonine) cannot be synthesised endogenously from the corresponding keto acids. L-lysine is therefore absolutely essential. In certain situations, such as intensive training, it therefore makes sense to supplement L-lysine with appropriate food supplements.
L-lysine is a component of collagen, where it occurs as "hydroxylysine". Collagen is an essential building material of connective tissue (in bones, cartilage, tendons and ligaments) and the skin. A lysine deficiency therefore leads to weakened connective tissue. Furthermore, lysine ensures a functioning immune defence and is of particular importance as a precursor of carnitine. Carnitine plays an important role in energy and fat metabolism, as it transports fatty acids into the mitochondria.
Nutri-Plus L-lysine capsules are free from gluten, soy, sugar/carbohydrates, fat and salt. They are 100 % vegan (without lactose and other animal ingredients) and are developed by our nutritionists in Germany.
This product should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Take care of a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Collagen products are currently very trendy. According to the motto true beauty comes from within they promise radiant skin, full hair and strong nails. However, collagen is of animal origin and accordingly products containing collagen are based on animal raw materials.
With our nutri+ Vegan Collagen Formation Support Powder vegetarians and vegans can now also benefit from the trend! Unfortunately, we can't do magic and provide you with vegan collagen, but the Vegan Collagen Formation Support powder contains all the important building blocks and cofactors you need for the body's own collagen formation need. The unique nutrient composition helps you make your insides and outsides shine - completely without animal suffering.
Unique nutrient complex made from collagen-forming amino acids, hyaluronic acid, coenzyme Q10 and micronutrients
The Vegan Collagen powder offers you a vegan alternative to conventional collagen powder. The nutritional supplement to support collagen formation contains an innovative formula made up of amino acids, hyaluronic acid, coenzyme Q10, ginseng root extract, vitamin C and other essential micronutrients.
The amino acids glycine, proline and hydroxyproline are the most common building blocks of collagen. Hydroxyproline is - with the help of Vitamin C – formed from proline. Another indispensable collagen component is Lysine. The essential amino acid plays an important role, especially in the cross-linking of collagen fibers. Glutamine and arginine are also required for collagen synthesis. The two amino acids are considered to be conditionally essential and taking them through food supplements can be useful in certain situations (e.g. in the case of injuries or heavy physical strain).
The Vegan Collagen Formation Support powder provides you with amino acids and micronutrients that your body needs to produce collagen. In highest quality and bioavailability - without unnecessary additives.
• Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for normal function of the skin, blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums and teeth .
• Vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc and copper help protect cells from oxidative stress.
• Biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal skin and hair.
• Copper contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissue.
What is collagen good for and how does a deficiency show up?
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body. As a structural protein, it is an important component of our connective tissue and not only ensures the elasticity of the skin, but also supports bones, tendons and muscles. Collagen production in the body decreases with age. The consequences are wrinkles and sagging skin, but the health of our joints, muscles, tendons and bones are also affected. A collagen deficiency can occur, for example: B. in weak connective tissue (cellulite), joint pain, muscle weakness or an increased risk of injury.
Vegan Collagen Formation Support with hyaluronic acid, ginseng extract and coenzyme Q10
The formula developed by nutritionists supports natural collagen production. In addition to important building blocks and cofactors for collagen synthesis, the nutri+ Vegan Collagen powder contains hyaluronic acid, coenzyme Q10 and ginseng root extract.
Hyaluronic acid
Hyaluronic acid is a natural component of the skin and connective tissue as well as synovial fluid and articular cartilage. Thanks to its ability to bind moisture, it increases e.g. B. the elasticity of the skin.
Coenzyme Q10
Coenzyme Q10 (also known as ubiquinone) plays an important role in the energy metabolism of cells and also has an antioxidative effect. Together with hyaluronic acid, coenzyme Q10 forms a popular component of nutritional supplements or anti-aging cosmetics. Here, too, the body's own production decreases with increasing age.
Ginseng
In Asia, ginseng has been used as a medicinal plant for over 5,000 years. The ginsenosides contained are responsible for the bioactive effect. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) uses ginseng to strengthen the immune system and the ability to regenerate as well as for inflammatory diseases. Studies also suggest that ginseng also plays a role in wound healing and influences collagen and hyaluronic acid production. For our Vegan Collagen powder we use Panax Ginseng, which is considered one of the most researched types of ginseng.
Due to the raw material properties, slight clumping may occur after long-term storage. To avoid this, the bag should be kneaded regularly.

Nutri+ Glycine Powder
Glycine is one of the semi-essential amino acids and plays an important role in building the body's own protein. As a protein building block, glycine has numerous functions in our body. For example, the amino acid is B. for the formation of the red blood pigment hemoglobin, creatine (important for the energy supply of the muscles) or DNA. Glycine is also an essential component of the structural protein collagen and is therefore a building block for skin, connective tissue, bones, tendons and cartilage. The - for fat digestion – indispensable bile acid also contains glycine. In addition, glycine acts as an inhibitory (inhibiting or calming) neurotransmitter in the nervous system and is a building block of glutathione, an important endogenous antioxidant. Glycine is also used for medicinal purposes - e.g. B. as a component of choline to support liver function.
What is Glycine for?
The amino acid is a true all-rounder and a popular dietary supplement for athletes, people with a weak immune system, liver diseases, arthrosis or sleep disorders. For our Glycine powder we use pure vegan glycine from fermentative production. Without genetic engineering and free of animal components. The glycine powder has a pleasantly sweet taste and is easy to stir into water or other drinks. A daily portion of powder (1 scoop) corresponds to 5 g of pure Glycine. Laboratory-tested quality and highest purity – without additions!
