Application
Recommendation
20 g powder in 500 ml water. Ideally consume after Training.
Preparation
Pour the water into a shaker and add 20 g of powder (about 3 heaped tablespoons). Shake well until the powder is completely dissolved. For the preparation we recommend our protein shaker.
Tip: To make a refreshing, protein-rich lemonade, mix the powder with 250 ml of still water and shake until the powder is completely dissolved. Then add 250 ml of carbonated water on top and your protein lemonade is ready. Try it out!
