4. FAQ about the Viral Vegan Protein Açaí Bowl in a Glass
Can I prepare the vegan protein Açaí bowl in advance?
Yes, you can prepare the chia pudding and granola the day before. The Açaí base should be blended shortly before serving so that it maintains its creamy, ice-cold consistency.
Can I use Açaí powder instead of Açaí drops?
Yes, you can also use Açaí powder. In this case, add a little more frozen banana or strawberries and, if necessary, a small splash of plant-based milk to create a creamy Açaí base.
Why is this Açaí bowl high in protein?
The nutri+ 6K Protein Strawberry provides plant-based protein. The chia seeds, rolled oats, almonds, seeds, quinoa and peanut butter also contribute additional plant-based protein.
How should I store the Açaí bowl and granola?
You can store the chia pudding covered in the refrigerator for up to two days. Once completely cooled, the granola will remain crunchy for several days in an airtight container and should only be added to the bowl shortly before serving.
