This vegan chocolate protein mousse combines silken tofu with nutri+ Vegan 3K Protein Chocolate for an especially creamy texture. Dark chocolate creates an intense chocolate flavour and a pleasantly firm consistency. The easy no-bake dessert provides around 25 g of protein per serving.

| 300 g | silken tofu |
| 40 g | nutri+ Vegan 3K Protein Chocolate |
| 40 g | vegan dark chocolate |
| 50 ml | unsweetened plant-based drink |
| 15 g | maple syrup |
| 1 tsp | vanilla extract |
| 1 pinch | salt |
3. Preparation
1Carefully melt the dark chocolate over a bain-marie or in short intervals in the microwave. Allow it to cool briefly.
2Drain the silken tofu and add it to a blender together with the vegan proteinpowder, plant-based drink, maple syrup, vanilla extract and salt.
3Blend all the ingredients until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
4Add the melted chocolate and blend thoroughly again. Add a little more plant-based drink if necessary.
5Divide the protein mousse between two dessert glasses and chill in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
6Serve the chilled chocolate protein mousse and enjoy.
