| 100 g | vegan chicken-style strips |
| 60 g | vegan grated cheese alternative |
| 50 g | vegan BBQ sauce |
| 40 g | sweetcorn, drained |
| ½ | red onion |
| 1 tsp | rapeseed oil |
| ½ tsp | smoked paprika powder |
| as desired | fresh parsley or coriander |
3. Preparation
1Preheat the oven to 190°C fan. Mix the Protein Pizza Base Mix with 100 ml water and knead until a smooth dough forms.
2Roll out the dough between two sheets of baking paper to form a thin, round pizza base. Carefully remove the top sheet of baking paper.
3Heat the rapeseed oil in a frying pan and cook the vegan chicken-style strips with the smoked paprika powder for around 3 to 4 minutes.
4Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the pizza base, leaving a small border around the edge.
5Top the pizza with the cooked chicken-style strips, sweetcorn and thinly sliced red onion. Sprinkle the vegan grated cheese alternative over the top.
6Bake the protein pizza in the preheated oven for around 15 to 18 minutes until the edges are lightly browned and the vegan cheese has melted.
7Allow the finished BBQ Chicken Style Pizza to cool briefly and garnish with fresh parsley or coriander as desired.
