| 200 g | Red lentils (dry) |
| 200 ml | Water |
| 1 pinch | Salt |
| 150 g | Burger - Plant-Based Patty Mix |
| 1 | Bell pepper |
| 1 | Onion |

3. Preparation
1Rinse the red lentils thoroughly, then soak them in plenty of water for at least 6 hours or overnight.
2Drain and rinse again, then blend with fresh water and salt until smooth.
3Pour a ladle of batter into a pan and cook each wrap for 3–4 minutes per side.
4Cook the Plant-Based Patty Mix according to package instructions and combine with chopped vegetables.
5Fill the wraps, roll them up, and serve.
