Preparation time: 5 minutes

  1. Mash half the avocado with a fork to a creamy consistency.

  2. Add a squeeze of lemon juice, the soy yogurt and our neutral 6K protein powder and mix everything together.

  3. Chop the onion and herbs finely and fold them into the vegan burger sauce.

  4. Finally, you can refine the sauce with spices to your taste and dilute with water or plant-based milk if necessary.
