Rice Pudding Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Preparation time: 5 minutes

  1. Cut half the apple into small cubes and set aside.

  2. Mix the oats with the protein powder, chia seeds and the plant-based drink of your choice in a bowl and stir everything together.

  3. Layer the overnight oats with apple puree and the diced apple pieces in a glass suitable for meal prep.

  4. Top with a little cinnamon.

  5. Place the whole thing in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next morning.
