Protein-rich pizza baguettes
Preparation
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Makes 4 pizza baguettes
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Put the spelt flour, protein powder, baking powder and a good pinch of salt in a bowl and mix everything together very thoroughly.
- Now add the water and knead the mixture into a firm dough.
- Divide the dough into 4 parts and shape into flat baguettes.
- Place the baguettes on a baking tray lined with baking paper and pre-bake for about 5 minutes.
- During this time, prepare the topping. Mix the strained tomatoes with herbs and spices and cut the vegetables into small cubes.
- Take the pre-baked baguettes out of the oven, brush them with the tomato sauce and spread the topping on top.
- Bake the pizza baguettes for a further 10 minutes until they are nicely browned and crispy.
