Protein-rich coconut macaroons

The quantity is enough for about 20 coconut macaroons

  1. Break the marzipan into small pieces and place in a bowl with the coconut flakes, coconut oil, lemon zest and a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix the ingredients together.
  3. Take a shaker and mix the protein powder with the soya milk. 
  4. Add the freshly mixed shake directly to the other ingredients and knead everything together.
  5. The dough should not be too creamy - otherwise add a little more soya milk.
  6. Divide the oplaten on a baking tray.
  7. Roll small balls out of the coconut mixture and press them onto the oplatas.
  8. Place the coconut macaroons in the oven at 160°C for 15-20 minutes.
