Protein-rich coconut macaroons
The quantity is enough for about 20 coconut macaroons
- Break the marzipan into small pieces and place in a bowl with the coconut flakes, coconut oil, lemon zest and a pinch of salt.
- Mix the ingredients together.
- Take a shaker and mix the protein powder with the soya milk.
- Add the freshly mixed shake directly to the other ingredients and knead everything together. The dough should not be too creamy - otherwise add a little more soya milk.
- Divide the oplaten on a baking tray.
- Roll small balls out of the coconut mixture and press them onto the oplatas.
- Place the coconut macaroons in the oven at 160°C for 15-20 minutes.
