Protein-rich buckwheat cakes with apples

Preparation
Preparation time: 1 hour (including baking time)
- Soak the chia seeds in 75 ml of hot water and stir in the coconut oil (so that it melts).
- Mix the dry ingredients and then stir together with the liquid ingredients to form an even mixture. Pour into a small cake tin.
- Optionally, you can top with apple slices. Finally, bake at 160 degrees in a fan oven for 35-45 minutes on the lowest shelf.
