Protein-rich buckwheat cakes with apples

Preparation


Preparation time: 1 hour (including baking time)

  1. Soak the chia seeds in 75 ml of hot water and stir in the coconut oil (so that it melts).
  2. Mix the dry ingredients and then stir together with the liquid ingredients to form an even mixture. Pour into a small cake tin.
  3. Optionally, you can top with apple slices. Finally, bake at 160 degrees in a fan oven for 35-45 minutes on the lowest shelf.

100 ml plant-based drink
25 g date puree
5 g coconut oil
5 g chia seeds
1 tsp baking powder
