Protein-rich brownie muffins

Preparation


Preparation time: 40 minutes
Makes 6-7 muffins:

  1. Combine all the ingredients (except the Choco-Chunks) and blend with a hand blender.
  2. Add a little water or plant milk until a creamy batter forms.
  3. Stir in the Choco Chunks and pour the batter into the moulds.
  4. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees (fan oven) for approx. 25 minutes.
  5. Let cool briefly and enjoy.

30 g 3K Chocolate Brownie
10 g baking cocoa
2 tbsp (80 g) soya skyr
1 tsp baking powder
35 g dark chocolate choco chunks
A little plant milk or water
