Protein Pumpkin Soup

Preparation


Preparation time: 40 minutes

  1. Cut the pumpkin, potatoes, onions and garlic into small pieces.

  2. Put everything together on a baking tray and put it in the oven at 200 degrees convection oven for 20 minutes.

  3. When the vegetables are soft, take them out of the oven and blend them in a pan with the vegetable stock.

  4. Season to taste and leave to simmer briefly in the pot.

  5. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in our Natures protein powder.
