Proats with fresh fruit
Preparation time: 5 minutes
- Put the oats, oat milk and protein powder in a glass and stir everything well
- . Top the oatmeal mixture with the yoghurt, close the jar with a lid and place the Proats in the fridge overnight.
- In the morning, you can stir them and top with fresh fruit, nuts or nut butter as you like.
