Pancakes made from oatmeal and protein powder

Preparation
Preparation time: 20 minutes
- Mix the rolled oats with the protein powder, salt, x sugar and the seeds from the vanilla pod. Add the oat drink and mix everything into a smooth batter.
- Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and pour in the batter with a ladle or spoon and carefully spread it out. The batter is enough for about four pancakes.
- When the edges of the pancake start to turn crispy brown, carefully flip with the help of a spatula.
- Top with toppings of your choice and enjoy hot.

30 g Nature's Protein, vanilla or neutral
1 pinch of salt
1 tbsp Xucker
½ vanilla pod (the seeds)
300 ml oat drink
2 dash sunflower oil
topping of your choice frozen berries, nuts, hemp seeds, almond butter
