Pancakes made from oatmeal and protein powder

Preparation

Preparation time: 20 minutes 
  1. Mix the rolled oats with the protein powder, salt, x sugar and the seeds from the vanilla pod. Add the oat drink and mix everything into a smooth batter. 
  2. Heat the sunflower oil in a pan and pour in the batter with a ladle or spoon and carefully spread it out. The batter is enough for about four pancakes. 
  3. When the edges of the pancake start to turn crispy brown, carefully flip with the help of a spatula. 
  4. Top with toppings of your choice and enjoy hot.
