
Oatmeal breakfast pizza
Preparation
Preparation time: 20 minutes including baking time
- Peel a banana and mash it with a fork
- . Now add the rolled oats, protein powder and some cinnamon.
- Preheat the oven to 150 °C and spread the dough in a circle on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Leave the dough in the oven for around 10-12 minutes and then leave to cool slightly so that you can easily remove it from the baking paper.
- In the meantime, you can chop up your favourite fruit.
- Spread the soya yoghurt over the oatmeal pizza and top it with the fruit and other toppings of your choice.
