Preparation



Preparation time: 20 minutes including baking time


  1. Peel a banana and mash it with a fork
  2. . Now add the rolled oats, protein powder and some cinnamon.
  3. Preheat the oven to 150 °C and spread the dough in a circle on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  4. Leave the dough in the oven for around 10-12 minutes and then leave to cool slightly so that you can easily remove it from the baking paper.
  5. In the meantime, you can chop up your favourite fruit.
  6. Spread the soya yoghurt over the oatmeal pizza and top it with the fruit and other toppings of your choice.
