Preparation
Preparation time: 40 minutes
- Mix the protein powder with the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Form two buns from the dough and then place on a baking tray
- Before putting the buns in the oven, you can optionally sprinkle them both with oat flakes, pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
- Finally, place the buns in the oven at 200°C (fan oven) for approx. 25 minutes. Leave to cool briefly and enjoy.

30 g 3K protein powder (neutral)
1 pack plant-based egg substitute
2 tablespoons soya skyr
1 pinch of salt
some grainy rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds (optional)
