Preparation 

Preparation time: 40 minutes 
  1. Mix the protein powder with the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Form two buns from the dough and then place on a baking tray 
  2. Before putting the buns in the oven, you can optionally sprinkle them both with oat flakes, pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds 
  3. Finally, place the buns in the oven at 200°C (fan oven) for approx. 25 minutes. Leave to cool briefly and enjoy.
