Juicy courgette oatmeal

Preparation


Preparation time: 10 minutes

  1. Grate the courgette into small pieces
  2. . Put the rolled oats, cinnamon and 150 ml oat milk in a pan and bring to the boil briefly.
  3. Mix the remaining 150 ml of oat milk with the Nutri-Plus protein powder.
  4. Add the mixture to the pan and stir well.
  5. Fold in the grated courgette.
  6. Cut the kiwi into small pieces and top your oatmeal with kiwi and pumpkin seeds.
