High-protein wholemeal spelt bread with walnuts
- Crumble the yeast and mix well in warm water. Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything together well.
- Line the loaf tin with baking paper. A little tip: wet the baking paper so that it fits the tin easily.
- Pour the dough into the tin and cut lengthwise.
- Place the bread in a cold oven and bake on the middle shelf at 170°C for approx. 60 minutes.
