High-protein wholemeal spelt bread with walnuts


Preparation time: 70 minutes (baking time: 60 minutes) 
  1. Crumble the yeast and mix well in warm water. Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything together well.
  2. Line the loaf tin with baking paper. A little tip: wet the baking paper so that it fits the tin easily.
  3. Pour the dough into the tin and cut lengthwise.  
  4. Place the bread in a cold oven and bake on the middle shelf at 170°C for approx. 60 minutes.

450 ml water 
400 g wholemeal spelt flour 
100 g 3K Protein Powder, Neutral 
50 g walnuts 
100 g flaxseed (crushed) 
2 tsp apple cider vinegar 
2 1/2 tsp salt
