High-protein, vegan Snickers bars


Preparation time: 15 minutes plus cooling time

  1. Put the oat flour, protein powder, maple syrup, peanut butter and soya milk together in a bowl.
  2. Mix everything together thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
  3. Spread this mixture into a baking dish (tip: line the dish with baking paper)
  4. .
  5. Place the finished mixture in the freezer for about an hour.
  6. Remove the tin from the freezer and spread 3 tablespoons of peanut butter and about a handful of peanuts on top.
  7. Place the mould in the freezer for another hour.
  8. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
  9. Remove the mould from the freezer and cut the mixture into 5 bars.
  10. Now coat the bars with the chocolate and leave them to dry. Your protein-rich Snickers are ready! Caution, danger of addiction!
