Preparation time: approx. 30 minutes
- Place the flour and protein powder in a bowl and add warm water, mix everything together and stir until a crumbly dough forms
- Then knead well with your hands. Shape the dough into small balls and place on a floured board. Now roll out the dough balls as thinly as possible using a rolling pin
- Topping one half of the dough balls as desired, e.g. with a banana and some dark chocolate or some apple puree with cinnamon. Other tasty filling options include a banana with a little peanut butter or a savoury filling.
- Cover the filling with the other half. Press down the edges with a fork. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the dumplings on each side until golden brown.
