Healthy Apple Crumble

Preparation


Preparation time: 30 minutes

  1. Cut the apples into small pieces and mix them with the lemon juice and cinnamon in a bowl.

  2. Mix the rolled oats with the protein powder and plant-based drink in a separate bowl. Knead the mixture with your hands so that you can form small crumbles.

  3. Pour the apples into a baking dish and crumble the crumble on top.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees convection oven.


Tip: The apple crumble tastes best served fresh from the oven with our vanilla protein pudding as a topping.

4 Apples
15 ml Lemon juice
2 tsp. Cinnamon
200 g Rolled oats
50 g Vegan High 5 Protein Cinnamon Sugar
A bit Plant based milk
