Healthy Apple Crumble
Preparation
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Cut the apples into small pieces and mix them with the lemon juice and cinnamon in a bowl.
Mix the rolled oats with the protein powder and plant-based drink in a separate bowl. Knead the mixture with your hands so that you can form small crumbles.
Pour the apples into a baking dish and crumble the crumble on top.
Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees convection oven.
Tip: The apple crumble tastes best served fresh from the oven with our vanilla protein pudding as a topping.
