Hazelnut protein crêpes


Preparation time: 10 minutes

  1. For the chocolate cream, mix the cocoa powder with the water and maple syrup and set aside.
  2. Mix all the other ingredients together to form a smooth batter and leave to rest for a few minutes.
  3. Then bake the crêpes, spread with chocolate cream and roll up.
  4. Garnish with the chocolate cream, a few roasted hazelnuts and blueberries.
