
Golden turmeric protein shake
Preparation
- Take a small pan and heat the coconut oil in it .
- Add the turmeric powder, freshly grated ginger, coconut blossom sugar, cardamom and lemon juice and deglaze with water.
- Bring to the boil briefly and wait until everything has combined to form a nice paste. Mix the almond milk with the Nutri-Plus protein powder to make a shake.
- Pour the turmeric paste into a glass and fill it up with the shake. Stir and enjoy the flavour.
TIP: You can also use lukewarm almond milk or another plant-based drink.
