Gluten-free sweet potato brownies


Preparation time: 1 hour (incl. baking time)

  1. Soak the chia seeds in 100 ml water
  2. . Meanwhile, peel and dice the sweet potatoes and cook until soft. Finely grind the oats in a blender.
  3. Then add all the ingredients and blend into a mass.
  4. Pour the mixture into a small baking dish and sprinkle with chocolate chips as required. Then bake at 160 degrees for around 35 minutes.
