Fluffy raspberry muffins

Preparation



Preparation time: 40 minutes

  1. Mix all the ingredients together (except for the raspberries) and pour the batter into a 6-cup muffin tin
  2. . Then press 2 to 3 raspberries into the batter
  3. . Bake for approx. 30 minutes at 180°C until golden brown.

Note: Wheat or spelt flour can also be used instead of rice/oat flour.
