Crunchy vegan protein bites


Preparation time: 10 minutes plus 2 hours cooling time

Makes about 12 crispy bites

  1. Place the water, almond butter, coconut oil and rice syrup in a small pan and heat together until everything has combined
  2. .
  3. In the meantime, weigh out 150 g of cereal. We have mixed together 50 g each of wheat puffs, puffed quinoa and puffed amaranth.
  4. Pour the liquid mixture over the cereal mixture and mix everything together.
  5. Place the mixture on a baking tray or in a tin and leave to cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  6. Cut into small squares and savour.

TIP: The mixture is enough for about half a baking tray, which makes 12 protein bites.
