Crispy protein patties

The finished mixture makes about 6 patties

1. First chop the onion, garlic and banana. Then put everything together in a blender.

2. Now add the smoked tofu, flour, mustard, soya syrup, peanut butter and salt/pepper and mix everything together to form a dough.

3. Now add about 30-40 g of our neutral protein powder and knead everything into the finished patty mixture.

4. Now form 6 patties from the mixture and place them together with the oil in a pan.

5. Cook them slowly on both sides until golden brown and serve while still warm.

You can serve the patties with salad or on a burger. Alternatively, you can also shape them into small patties.

175 g of smoked tofu
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1 banana

40 g flour
