Preparation
Preparation time: 1 hour, including cooling time
The quantity makes one bar of approx. 300 g. You can of course also divide the quantity into 2 or 3 bars.
Melt the cocoa butter in a bain marie.
Mix the protein powder and the cocoa powder together.
Add the cane sugar to the cocoa butter and stir until it has completely dissolved.
Remove everything from the heat and stir in the protein powder and cocoa mixture until no more lumps are visible.
Add the pulp of one vanilla pod and stir this in too.
Pour the liquid chocolate into a mould of your choice and add a topping. We have opted for quinoa and dried banana chips here.Place the chocolate in the freezer for 30 minutes and then in the fridge. There it will stay fresh for longer and you can treat yourself to a piece at any time.
