Creamy protein chocolate with quinoa


Preparation time: 1 hour, including cooling time

The quantity makes one bar of approx. 300 g. You can of course also divide the quantity into 2 or 3 bars.

  • Melt the cocoa butter in a bain marie
  • .
  • Mix the protein powder and the cocoa powder together.
  • Add the cane sugar to the cocoa butter and stir until it has completely dissolved.
  • Remove everything from the heat and stir in the protein powder and cocoa mixture until no more lumps are visible.
  • Add the pulp of one vanilla pod and stir this in too.
  • Pour the liquid chocolate into a mould of your choice and add a topping. We have opted for quinoa and dried banana chips here.
  • Place the chocolate in the freezer for 30 minutes and then in the fridge. There it will stay fresh for longer and you can treat yourself to a piece at any time.
