Cookie Dough Sandwich

Preparation 

  1. Wash the chickpeas, drain and place in a bowl 
  2. Add the fruit puree and erythritol and puree. Once a homogeneous mixture has formed, stir in the protein powder. 
  3. Roll the cookie dough into a ball, press flat and shape to the size of a rice cake. 
  4. Top the rice cake as desired, place the shaped cookie dough on top and top with the second cookie. Enjoy!
