Christmas protein porridge with pomegranate
Preparation time: 10 minutes
- Boil the water in the kettle.
- Place the rolled oats in a small pan and pour the boiling water over them.
- Mix the almond milk well with the protein powder and add the shake to the oats in the pan.
- Bring everything to the boil briefly and then leave to swell for 4-5 minutes until everything is nice and creamy.
- Stir in a little cinnamon and, if you like, some sweetener of your choice.
- Pour the porridge into a bowl and add the chopped fruit.
