Christmas protein porridge with pomegranate

Preparation

Preparation time: 10 minutes

  1. Boil the water in the kettle.
  2. Place the rolled oats in a small pan and pour the boiling water over them.
  3. Mix the almond milk well with the protein powder and add the shake to the oats in the pan.
  4. Bring everything to the boil briefly and then leave to swell for 4-5 minutes until everything is nice and creamy.
  5. Stir in a little cinnamon and, if you like, some sweetener of your choice.
  6. Pour the porridge into a bowl and add the chopped fruit.
