Chia quinoa breakfast

Preparation time

20 minutes 


1. Rinse the quinoa thoroughly while warm and leave to cook in a little water for about 15-20 minutes.

2. Place the chia seeds, vanilla, cinnamon, vanilla protein powder and almond milk in a shaker and mix vigorously until the protein powder has dissolved well.

3. Allow the quinoa to cool and then add to the chia-almond milk mixture.

4. Leave to soak overnight in the fridge and enjoy with fresh berries in the morning.

TIP: Also tastes great with Nutri-Plus protein powder in hazelnut in combination with nuts and chocolate.
