Breadless burger

Preparation 

Preparation time: 20 minutes 
  1. Slice the onion into fine rings, mix with the raspberry vinegar and x sugar in a bowl and leave to stand for 15 minutes 
  2. Fry the burger patties in olive oil until crispy brown on both sides. One minute after turning, place the Simply V burger slice on top, place the lid on the pan and allow to melt. 
  3. In the meantime, cut the tomatoes into very thin slices, halve the peppers, wash the lettuce and then assemble the burger.  
  4. Mix the salad with the salad dressing and serve together with the burger.
