Breadless burger

Preparation
Preparation time: 20 minutes
- Slice the onion into fine rings, mix with the raspberry vinegar and x sugar in a bowl and leave to stand for 15 minutes
- Fry the burger patties in olive oil until crispy brown on both sides. One minute after turning, place the Simply V burger slice on top, place the lid on the pan and allow to melt.
- In the meantime, cut the tomatoes into very thin slices, halve the peppers, wash the lettuce and then assemble the burger.
- Mix the salad with the salad dressing and serve together with the burger.
