Bee Dessert Cake Overnight Oats
Preparation
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Mix our nutri+ protein vanilla pudding with 200 ml almond drink until lump-free. For the creamiest consistency, mix the ingredients in a blender.
Mix the rolled oats, our 3K vanilla protein powder, vanilla pulp and chia seeds with 250 ml almond drink.
Add 100 g of the protein pudding to the oatmeal mixture.
Divide the oats between 2 glasses and top with the remaining pudding.
Fry the flaked almonds in a pan until they have taken on color. Now pour the maple syrup over them and allow to caramelize briefly.
Top the glasses with the caramelized almond slivers. Your healthy and protein-rich Bienenstich overnight oats are ready.
