Baked potato with protein-rich walnut and herb quark

Preparation

  1. Mix the soy yoghurt and protein powder with a whisk and add the lemon juice.
  2. Cut the garlic clove into small pieces or place in a garlic press and stir in.
  3. Cut the parsley and chives into small pieces and fold in.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Roughly chop the walnuts.
  6. Spread the quark over the potato and sprinkle the walnuts on top.

1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon chives
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 clove of garlic
20 g walnuts
1 large baked potato
Salt & pepper to taste
