Baked potato with protein-rich walnut and herb quark

Preparation
- Mix the soy yoghurt and protein powder with a whisk and add the lemon juice.
- Cut the garlic clove into small pieces or place in a garlic press and stir in.
- Cut the parsley and chives into small pieces and fold in.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Roughly chop the walnuts.
- Spread the quark over the potato and sprinkle the walnuts on top.
