Avocado and tomato pasta

Preparation time: 25 minutes

  1. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the pack instructions until al dente.
  2. Roughly chop the garlic and quarter the tomatoes. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
  3. Place the protein powder, avocado, garlic, salt and pepper in a blender jug and puree with a hand blender.
  4. Drain the spaghetti, add the avocado sauce and tomatoes and enjoy.
