Avocado and tomato pasta
Preparation time: 25 minutes
- Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the pack instructions until al dente.
- Roughly chop the garlic and quarter the tomatoes. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
- Place the protein powder, avocado, garlic, salt and pepper in a blender jug and puree with a hand blender.
- Drain the spaghetti, add the avocado sauce and tomatoes and enjoy.
