Apple and walnut muffins


Preparation time: 10 minutes

  1. Puree the rolled oats, banana, protein powder and almond milk
  2. . Finely chop the nuts and cut the apple into small pieces.
  3. Fill the muffin cases with approx. 1 tbsp of batter and place a few pieces of apple inside.
  4. Then cover with a second tbsp of batter. Sprinkle more apple pieces and walnuts on top and bake in the oven for approx. 15-20 minutes at 170 degrees convection.
  5. Leave to cool and enjoy.
